Jealous Woman Arrested After Cutting Off Her Partner’s Penis

woman cuts off boyfriends penisZhanna Nurzhanova, 36, was arrested after allegedly cutting off her boyfriend’s penis, in a fit of jealousy. And, this jealousy all started with a picture on his phone.

The boyfriend, who has yet been named, sent a picture of a woman he knew to his sister. In the text, he apparently made a favorable comment about the woman’s appearance. 

His girlfriend, Nurzhanova, needless to say, was not happy.

She is accused of giving her boyfriend a sleeping pill. When he passed out, she injected him with a local anesthetic, then proceeded to cut off his penis. Ironically, Nurxhanova then put her boyfriend in the car and drove him to the hospital, where she was promptly arrested.

Sadly, despite the best efforts of doctors at the hospital, they were unable to reattach the man’s penis. Apparently there was too much damage done to it.

Nurzhanova claims it happened in a rage of jealousy. However, given the anesthestic and the sleeping pill she just happened to have on hand, it seems like it was premeditated to me.

 

This is one of those instances where an-eye-for-an-eye justice, I believe, is in order. I hope she gets what she deserves.

Busy Life and Consistency & Hate Pausing During Sex with Stop and Starts: Ask the Experts

Q. I need advice on balancing a busy life and building consistency if you can help.

Big Al: My advice as regards training: perform it first thing in the morning.  Your hormone levels are highest then, and by getting your workout out of the way first thing in the day it can give you a sense of accomplishment which will carry you through the rest of your day.

Take an honest assessment of your schedule.  Many of us claim to be busy, but upon further examination we find much of our time taken up here and there with activities like TV watching.  Even if you have to split your routine you can surely find the time to train by minimizing or eliminating frivolous activities.

Q. I’ve read your instructions on how to perform the Stop and Starts exercises…

…and I like to use it during PIV sex.  The problem is I hate having to pause and my woman gets anxious when I do this.  Is there some other way around it?  I really want to make her happy!

Big Al: The advice I’m about to give you might be initially perceived as unsatisfactory, but please take it as a whole.  For your specific sexual activities you should perform them in an “Extreme Stop and Starts” type of manner.  Your initial goal should be to extend the time you’re taking.  This is even if you have to pause, pull out, etc.  This is the unsatisfactory part, but it’s a necessary phase in the transition.  Once you get to 20-25 minutes of total time, you then begin the refinement process of filling in the gaps.  Issues like hardness and ejaculatory control are addressed during this phase so that, after time, you’re able to last a long time AND be able to sustain a high level of erection.ejaculatory control.

The alternative is to continue without pauses but this will cut your session short.

In the meanwhile, one quick “trick” you can perform to extend your time during sexual activity is to either ejaculate before your sexual encounter or ejaculate/orgasm lightly early in the encounter so you’re able to obtain and maintain an erection afterwards without succumbing to early ejaculations.  Another option would be to use a condom which partially limits your sensitivity.  The key is in enabling enough sensation for you to remain aroused, but blunting it enough to extend your session.  This might require some research and experimentation with different condom brands.

Greek Penis Festival: A Lenten Tradition This Catholic Girl Never Heard Of

bourani festival penis greeceI grew up Catholic. Although my parents allowed me to explore many other religions, Catholicism was our religious foundation, and I was well-versed in the rites and traditions… at least that’s what I thought.

Somehow, I missed the Lenten tradition of the Bourani festival.

The infamous Bourani festival in the tiny Greek town of Tirnavos traditionally involves residents descending on the town square with huge phalluses to celebrate fertility…. right at the beginning of Lent. Why didn’t my Sunday school teacher ever tell me about this?!

The custom of “Burani” takes place on the day of (Clean Monday), the first days of Lent. This customs have made Tirnavos famous. It’s roots began as a pagan fertility festival in honor of the god Dionysus.

Shrove Monday is a day of merry moral freedom or laxity of morals during which the rules of decent behavior are temporarily violated. The use of sexual and love symbols are combined with the traditional folk manifestations. Strictly speaking, the “bourani” is a folk fare but in essence, it is a phallus festival that symbolizes the reproduction and fertility.

First, the inhabitants of the town go to the country church of Prophet Elijah in a free wide area, in the north of the town. Each group spreads a table with various dishes on the ground and a big flagon of wine or “ouzo” (oh, how I LOVE ouzo!) or “tsipouro” with water.

At the same time, they light a fire to prepare the “Bourani”, a spinach soup. After the “Bourani” has been served to the “initiates”, the celebration begins. A parade, dancing, singing, joking and teasing each other using obscene language.

At the beginning of every year, millions of people set resolutions. The goal – to better themselves. I like to base my resolutions on less objective goals (despite the challenges of this type of goal).  A general quality that I feel by improving upon it, I’ll be a better person.

This year, I’m working on patience.

I think many of us today are lacking in this quality, so I figured I’d share some thoughts. Perhaps even inspire others to be more patient.

Patience With Ourselves

Patience with ourselves is critical for happiness. We live in an instant-rice, drive-thru, high-speed Internet type of world.

We want results.

And we want them NOW!

When things move too slowly, we get frustrated. Worse – we oftentimes give up!

We need to be patient with ourselves.

It’s through this patience that we develop perseverance. It’s through perseverance that we employ the commitment it takes, for the long-term, to reach our goals.

And, when we stumble – or we fall – we are patient with ourselves and keep moving forward. We don’t give up.

Without patience with ourselves, we beat ourselves up. We become our own worst enemy.  Our lack of patience with ourselves prevents us from being the best us we can be.

Patience with Others

In an age where people preach “tolerance,” we seem to be less tolerant than anything other than the current groupthink. If we want people to respect our beliefs, our positions, our thoughts, our opinions… we have to respect theirs as well – even when we 100% think they are complete idiots and have no idea how they could possibly think that.

This doesn’t mean we have to agree with one another. On the contrary. I think intelligent debate and discussion is one of the most powerful tools mankind has at its disposal.  It’s this ability that means we don’t just go along with the masses, like lemmings, when things can be changed for the better.

It also means that we have the humility to understand we aren’t always the smartest person in the room. We don’t always have all of the facts. And, someone else’s perspective may have merit. But, even when they don’t have merit, we have enough patience that we frame our counter-opinions in a way that may actually help them change their thoughts.

Besides, losing patience usually only makes people close off. They dig their heels in deeper to their opinions. They hold steadfast, even when proven wrong.

And, what does it get us — increased irritation – frustration – anger – hurt feelings – sometimes even lost friendships.

So, let’s make 2018 the year we are more patience – with ourselves and with others.

6 Warning Signs from Your Penis

In fact, an Austrian study found that the risk of developing heart disease within 10 years was 65% higher in men with moderate or severe erectile dysfunction than in men without ED.

  2. Decreased Sex Drive – If you find your sex drive significantly decreased, and your partner tells you you snore – it might be sleep apnea. Men with reduced nightime oxygen intake, due to sleep apnea have been shown to have an 11% lower sex drive. In addition, sleep apnea can result in a reduction in testosterone, which also negatively affects sex drive.

  3. Pink or Red Urine – Optimally, you should be so well-hydrated that your urine is pale yellow, at its darkest. A new presented at the European Association of Urology conference found one thing that might help…

Eat less salt!

In the study, researchers from Japan studied 321 men and women who suffered from nocturia and had higher than recommended levels of salt consumption. Participants were asked to reduce their salt consumption, over a 12-week period. 70% of the participants were able to do this, dropping their consumption from 10.7 grams per day to 8 grams, on average.

Not only did these participants report waking up less often to pee in the middle of the night, but they also reported improvements in the sensation of urinary urgency, and a better quality of life overall. (Most likely due to their enhanced sleep.)

Of course, the primary limitation of this study was that all participants typically ate way more than the 2.3 grams of salt recommended daily. So, more studies need to be done on people suffering from nocturia who eat lower salt levels, to see if the result is the same.

Still, these first results seem to tie salt and peeing at night together. In fact, some of the participants of the study actually increased their already heavy salt intake – going from 9.6 grams to 11 grams per day, over 12 weeks. These participants noted that as their sodium levels increased, so did the number of times they had to get up in the night to urinate.

So, although more research needs to be done, reducing your salt intake if you wake up in the middle of the night to pee, is worth giving it a try. Your heart will definitely thank you — and your bladder may too!  Here are some easy ways to reduce your sodium levels.

  • Buy no-salt added canned veggies and beans – or better – fresh or frozen fresh!
  • If you have regular canned vegetables and beans, rinse them before cooking them
  • Skip the pickle – although low in calories, these are heavy in sodium. In fact, a medium spear has nearly 800mg (more than 1/3 of your recommended daily intake) of sodium!
  • Use spices instead of salt, when cooking. There are so many amazing spices out there! You can really take your cooking to a whole new place with this one!

  • Use low sodium soy sauce – regular soy sauce has nearly 900mg of sodium in just one tablespoon
  • Don’t always trust “low sodium” products – as you can see in the image below, even with “low sodium” products, a sandwich is still really high in sodium. Add a pickle spear and some potato chips, and you can quickly reach your daily limit in one meal!

  • Skip processed meats and cold cuts. Bake your own turkey breast and slice it up!
  • Stay away from processed foods altogether. If it comes in a box, can, or bag – don’t buy it. Mail order meal prep services now make it so easy to cook high-quality, easy to prepare meals from scratch – and you don’t even have to go to the grocery store!
  • Take the salt off the table. If it’s sitting on the table, it’s too easy to add it to your plate.
