Best Pump for Girth Gain, Adding a Pump to Your Routine & More: Ask the Experts

Q. I wanted to ask which pump (air or water-based)…

… help with gaining girth quicker? Does constricted or non-constricted pumping help you gain faster? Should you incorporate advanced jelqing exercises to help with cementing gains? 

Big Al:  Either should work well, but a water pump, like the Bathmate, is said to be more comfortable and conducive to tissue expansion due to the warmth of the water.  There’s also less room for error in regards to pressure and leakage. You can experiment with some restrictive pumping, but you should alternate with non-restrictive sessions for a different challenge and to note the difference.  For the best results, you should be doing your pump training in conjunction with an penis enlargement routine (manual exercises and/or device work like hangers and extenders), and stamina exercises as well.

Q. I am starting to add a pump to my exercises routine….

… My questions are should I exercise and pump on the same day or do them alternating days? I have been exercising for about 6 months. I need a routine with some rest periods.

You’d need to ensure that your EQ is quite high and your training isn’t already at borderline tolerance levels, for you to add this to your regimen.

Q. What benefits are there to doing erect kegels…

… vs. doing kegels while flaccid?

Big Al:  There are a few benefits to doing kegels erect, as opposed to flaccid.  For one, you’re maintaining a high level of blood flow with erect kegels. If there are any slight “venous leaks,” this would help strengthen the valves and possibly repair any tiny holes- as well as strengthening the penile vascular system.  Also, the erect kegels are going to give you extreme tissue expansion.  This effect is most notable in the glans every time you do a PC contraction.  Done after enlargement work, this should greatly enhance the enlargement process.  The blood flow combined with contractions will also help to flush your penis of any possible toxins built up from training, and should also help to speed healing.

Q. Why should I do the JP 90-Day Routine?

A. This routine is proven, and is for conditioning your penis. During the 90-day time frame, you should see some results, and be conditioning yourself for more advanced routines. It is strongly recommended you first condition yourself, before attempting ANY advanced or intermediate exercises. You risk injury, if you don’t!

Q. What are the basics for jelqing?

A. Jelqing is one of the most effective penis enlargement exercises. It’s also one of the simplest. Using an OK-grip, you stroke up the shaft of the penis, filling it with nutrient-rich blood. Q. Which lube should I use?

A. This really is a personal preference, but Johnson and Johnson baby oil gel or a good water-based lubricant works well. There are many kinds. Do a search on the forums for some of the members’ favorites.

 

Q. Is the LOT (loss of tug) theory still relevant?

A. The LOT theory was originally created by Bib. It was a popular way to exercise when JP wrote the 90-day routine. Although there is merit in the theory, it’s been found gains come just as quickly (or slowly) by adhering to (or not) the LOT theory.

 

Q. Can you increase reps and/or intensity as you go?

A. JonPop’s routine was designed to show newbies how to do the exercises, not go overboard, prevent injuries, and condition the penis for more strenuous exercises to follow. As you progress, follow the routine exactly, and listen to your body. If you feel you can increase intensity or duration, ease into what you are comfortable with. If any soreness occurs, back off and take a day’s rest . JP advises you do at least 6 weeks of his routine before upping the exercises.

 

Q. Is this routine just for beginners?

A. No, these exercises work for penis exercisers of all levels. More advanced PE’ers can just increase the amount of reps per session. In fact, many guys use this routine after deconditioning breaks. It helps recondition the penis and avoids any restart injuries.

Q. How do I know if I’m Kegeling right?

A. There is an easy way to find your PC muscle, to help ensure you’re performing Kegels correctly. Get an erection, place your finger on the head (glans) and hold it there. Use the muscle you use to make your penis push against your finger, in other words, the one that makes your penis jump up. That’s the muscle you want to use to do Kegels. Q. Does the 90 days include days off?

A. Yes, it does include days off.

 

Q. How long is this beginner’s session supposed to last?

A. There is no set time period for a beginner’s session.  Don’t rush. Take your time to ensure you are doing the exercises fully and correctly.

 

Q. Instead of doing wet jelqs, may I do dry jelqs instead?

A. I feel I get a better jelq and movement of the blood bulge, sliding up the shaft, with the wet jelq. I think it would be very hard to do the “V” jelqs without some kind of lube.

 

Q. I always get erections when jelqing, what should I do?

A. The good thing in all of this is — the longer you do PE, the more your penis will get used to the sensations, and it won’t seem so much like masturbation. If you have to snap one off, to maintain a 50-60% erection, go ahead. Even a 30-40% erection level is ideal for jelqing. Practicing edging can be helpful with this too. Over time, your penis will know the difference between exercise and intercourse.

 

Q. Is it OK to have sex on PE days?

A. Heck, yeah! Every time you have an erection, you bring nutrient-rich blood into your penis, nourishing it and helping it build the new cellular growth needed for enlargement.

 

Q. Why do I get red dots on my penis?

A. These are called “Newbie Spots.” They are caused by gripping too tightly. They are small broken capillaries and will heal by themselves. Make sure you are totally warmed up before starting and lighten up on the grip. Your grip should be just hard enough to move the blood bulge, with a 40-60% erection level.

 

Q. What percentage erection level do I use when jelqing and stretching?

A. The proper erection levels are as follows –

  • 0-30% for stretching
  • 30-60% for Jelqing
  • 40-60% for the “V” Jelqs

 

Q. How hard do I pull when stretching?

A. Pull just hard enough to feel a solid tension throughout your penis. You should feel no pain!

 

Q. After I have done my beginner’s session, it never feels like my unit has had a work out. Is this a sign I should up the reps or intensity of the exercises?

A. This routine is designed as a conditioning phase and an introduction to the correct ways to do the exercises. Do the routine as written, in the time frame you choose. If you follow these instructions, you will see an improvement in Erection Quality and some gains in your overall penis size and health.

After completing this 90-day routine, you may advance to some of the more advanced exercises, or continue with this routine if you continue to see gains. However, to avoid injury, do not up the the intensity or duration until you have finished the course as written.

 

Q. My flaccid penis seems to look like its getting ribs on both sides of the shaft. They disappear when I become erect. Should I be worried about this?

A. You are starting to expand your tunica. This is a positive sign.

 

Q. When I do the rotary stretches, particularly in the anti-clockwise direction, I seem to get a weird clicking feeling after every full circle. What is this?

A. This is the ligaments riding over the pubic bone. I got this quite a bit when I first started. It’s nothing to worry about, unless it bothers you. After you stretch your ligs for awhile, it will stop.

 

Q.  Is it safe to jelq at 100% erection?

A. Jelqing at 100% is masturbation. You will not see much gains from doing this, although it feels good. This routine is based on 30-70% erection level.

A. Yes, some guys gain faster than others. Although most guys will see gains from this routine within the first two months. The jelq device might benefit some of you, after you’ve completed at least 6 weeks of the routine. After you’re conditioned , you can up the reps, or start using a more advanced routine, but give it time, and be patient!

 

Q. What is the average gains from this routine?

Q. I’ve been having some pain while exercising, is that normal?

A. No, penis exercises should never hurt. Your penis should feel tuckered out, but there should be no pain.

 

Q. Is it OK to still masturbate?

Q. Are the supplements necessary? And will they harm me?

A. The supplements suggested in JPs 90-Day Routine are just vitamins . They aren’t going to change your body shape except to make you feel better and maybe exercise more. The proper way to take these supplements is:

  • 30 minutes before eating, take the L-Arginine and L-Lysene. with a small glass of milk or orange juice. The orange juice really compliments the absorbtion of the amino acids.
  • During this time, do the 90 day Newbie routine.
  • Then eat breakfast and take the multi-vitamin, the Super B complex and the zinc.

Please note –  some people can build up an undesired level of Vitamin A. If you are are a normal person, with normal body chemistry, there should be no problem taking these 7 days a week. However, it is always good to seek the advice of a medical professional, before adding any supplements or vitamins to your daily intake.

 

Q. Can I take other supplements?

Q. You said to do 10 stretches straight out, in a big circle to the left. How is it straight out, if you’re doing it in a circle to the left?

A.  Picture an old car in the old movies, where they had to hand crank it to start. Just crank your penis around in a circle 10 cranks to the left, then 10 cranks to the right. Pull your penis around in a BIG circle, close to your thighs.

 

Q. I am following the 90-day to a tee, including the supplements. I have noticed that my unit is darker when I’m done exercising, is that natural or overworking it?

A. Some men do experience darkening of the skin of the penis. Most often this has no ill effects other than visual.

 

Q. Is taking a hot shower sufficient warm-up?

Most Painful Place for a Bee Sting? Surprisingly Not the Penis

bee sting trimmed*I sometimes marvel at ‘modern science.’ The things scientists study sometimes boggles the mind. This one though, shows a whole new level commitment, on the researcher’s part.

A graduate student at Cornell University, Michael Smith, studies the behavior and evolution of honeybees. Needless to say, getting stung is a professional hazard. This led to his curiosity centering on where the most painful place to be stung was.

Although there is a pain scale, the Schmidt Sting Pain Index, that details the level of pain a sting from a certain insect gives, there hadn’t been research detailing what parts of the body were more sensitive to stings.

What’s a researcher to do?

Sting himself!  Again, and again, and again!

For 38 days, Smith allowed bees to sting him a numerous times a day, over various places on his body.  He was actually quite methodical in his methods:

  • He grabbed a bee, by the wings, with forceps and pressed the stinger into the tested area of his body.
  • He stung himself 5 times per day, always between 9 am and 10 am.
  • He then rated the pain of the sting, on a scale between 1 and 10.
  • He always started and ended with ‘test stings’ on his forearm, to calibrate his subjective pain scale.
  • He tested each of the 25 spots, three times.

Some of the spots he tested required a bit of flexibility and his mirror — like on his buttocks.  Surprisingly, the penis wasn’t the most sensitive spot! Oh, it was in the top three… but, wasn’t number one.  Here are Smith’s pain findings.

According to Smith, although getting stung on the penis and scrotum definitely wasn’t pleasurable, the nostril was the absolute worst. It caused not only the most intense pain, but also made him sneeze and wheeze, and made his eyes water.

How to Choose the Best Condom Size

woman condom sizeEveryone knows wearing a condom is one of the best ways of protecting yourself against sexually transmitted diseases, as well as guarding against an unplanned pregnancy (outside of abstinence, and what fun is that?). Although schools in many countries teach the importance of using a condom, very few actually teach you how to select the right size condom.

but can also enhance your sexual stimulation.

CONDOM SIZE CATEGORIES

Understanding that guys’ penis sizes vary over a range of sizes, in both length and girth, condom manufacturers typically have three size options available, to help you get the best fit. These three sizes are:

  • Small (often known as “Snugger Fit”,
  • Regular and
  • Large (sometimes known as XL or Magnum-sized)

WHY YOU WANT TO CORRECTLY SIZE YOUR CONDOM

condomLike shoes, condoms come in a variety of sizes. This is for both functionality and comfort. You wouldn’t want to wear a pair of shoes so large they kept slipping off your heels. You also wouldn’t be comfortable wearing shoes that are two small and pinch your toes. The same is true of condoms.

Although you may feel like a stud slapping down a box of XL condoms in front of the cute cashier at the drugstore, if they’re too large it is possible for semen to leak out of the condom and other bodily fluids (with potential STD transfer) to get underneath the condom. A too-large condom may come completely off during intercourse, giving no protection whatsoever. A condom that is too loose may also diminish some of the sensation you feel during sex.

On the flip side, a condom that is too small can be just as ineffective. If the condom is too small, it has a higher chance of tearing during intercourse. Again, this will result in loss of protection from STDs and unplanned pregnancy. A condom that is too tight can also be uncomfortable, negatively affecting your pleasure.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE BEST CONDOM SIZE

The first rule of thumb when buying condoms is to not buy condoms larger than you need, just because you want people to think you have a big penis. According to one study of 3,500 men, from 28 countries, 35% of participants needed small sized condoms. That’s a pretty significant percentage.

The second rule when choosing a condom size is know your penis! It’s surprising how many guys really don’t accurately know their penis length or girth. Don’t guess – measure! Use a string and a ruler or a measuring tape to get an accurate number. And, definitely don’t let ego add an inch to this measurement.

Third, most condom manufacturers give flat width measurements. Therefore, you’ll need to take the measurement of your girth (the circumference of the base of your penis shaft), and then dividing by pi (3.14), to get the diameter of your penis.

EXAMPLE:

Girth Measurement = 6 inches divided by 3.14 (pi) = 1.91 inch diameter (width)

Lastly, refer to the manufacturer’s guidelines on the sizing of their condoms. Many times this information is right on the box. Most manufacturer’s also have condom sizing info on their websites. Vancouver’s Airport a Giant Penis?

Phallic-inspired buildings are not new. From Egyptian obelisks piercing the ancient skyline to China’s People’s Daily Tower, that is not just reminiscent of a penis, but looks exactly like one, clearly architects for many millennia have designed with their dicks in mind. This one, however, has to be my new favorite…

Vancouver International Airport

Although the airport, as a whole, looks more like a disfigured, extra-legged starfish, head on over to Concourse E, the next time you’re in one of Canada’s most picturesque cities.  Gates 71 through 87 lay along the shaft and the glans of what is clearly a penis! Don’t believe me?  Take a look for yourself:

Q. What goals initially led you to PEGym.com?

jockinthebox: I was primarily interested in improving / maximizing my EQ, and overall penis health when I joined. I’ve always been active physically as an athlete, playing various sports in HS & college, and working out, so penis exercises offered a healthy natural way to safely keep my “MVP” (Most Valued Penis) operating at his best!

Q. What positive effects of PE have you seen, in your life, over the years?

jockinthebox: PE has certainly improved my EQ, giving me not only greater confidence, but ultimate control over my ejaculations; leading to DO/ MMO & more satisfying sex for both me and my partner. Of course, the increased length & girth that came along with it while not an initial objective for me, was a Great BONUS too!.

Q. What manual male enhancement exercises have you done? Which are your favorite and why?

jockinthebox: Various stretches, including fulcrum, LAS, tunica tugs and supra-slammers, along with basic flaccid jelqes for my shaft. Also, I do my Uro stretch & testicle jelqes regularly (for maintaning testicle health). I’d have to say my favorites are my Uro stretches along with basic semi-erect jelqes, because they just feel so good doing them. Edging plays an important role for me too, because I wear a steel cock ring 24/7 that holds my flushed flaccid engorgement and cements my PE gains.

Q. Have you used any PE devices? If so, which ones have you used, and which are your favorites and why?

jockinthebox: Surgical steel cock rings are undoubtedly my favorite, because I’m a big proponent of “passive PE”. A cock ring around my package also simply feels incredible, especially when worn with my leather cuff or balls-stretcher. I wear them regularly together while sleeping, to keep my balls stretched out and straight along with holding a slight engorgement for my penis. I had a testicular torsion injury playing football in HS, so I’ve had a leather cuff with an extra balls-divider strap to keep my boys hanging straight & better supported, for many years. 

I also began wearing a Phallosan Forte in late July last year. A PF is another comfortable passive PE weapon in my arsenal. I average sleeping in it about 3 or 4 days a week, and doing an additional 3-4 hours during mornings when I’m home. I’ve logged over 1300 hours in my PF and have gained 1+” in length, so far. I alternate my Phallosan Forte & cock ring wear daily, adding my balls stretcher on days I’m not using my Phallosan Forte, sleeping. 

Q. Do you do any non-PE exercise? If so, what?

jockinthebox: I workout in a gym regularly, 3-4 days a week. Jogging is also important for cardio, but I have a knee injury from football that limits me pounding the pavement as much as I’d like. I average about 15 miles a week generally.

Q. What advice would you give to guys new to PE?

jockinthebox: Just like gym workouts, PE becomes a habit once you make it a daily part of your routine. Consistency and persistence are KEY to any successful health program. Focus on your technique, doing the exercises correctly, while building your reps and intensity over time. Take your rest days, always! Rest is just as important as exercise to allow your body to heal and grow.

Q. Give us one fun fact members don’t likely know about you. :-)

jockinthebox: I love to entertain at home. I enjoy having others over for good food, drinks and playing outdoors. I built a large custom brick BBQ/Smoker combo last fall along with an open-air patio / firepit on a lot I own next door. It has a cleared lawn area perfect for driving golf balls, Frisbee, croquet, whiffle-ball and just tossing around footballs while smoking and BBQing with friends. I even have it set up for chromecast TV, so we can watch sports out there too! Can’t wait for football season!

Q. Any other comments?

jockinthebox: PEGym is a friendly helpful and healthy place uniquely available for men to be open and honest about a variety of topics including their sexuality. Guys don’t tend to openly talk among themselves much about sexual matters, especially if they’re having performance issues. This place is a safe haven for guys to share knowledge, experience and be transparent in a way that’s not only physically healthy, but mentally as well. There are far too few places guys can go to both give and receive valuable knowledge and discuss important healthy sexual practices to enhance their lives. PE Gym is that for me, and I’m pleased to be able to both contribute and learn with everyone here!

Q. What goals initially led you to PEGym.com?

BigO:  Initially I wanted to see if it could be done. Could a guy really add inches to the penis? I never really had any major insecurities or thought that I was small. I always thought I was average at worst but that did not bother me. I wanted to know if it works and in my searching of the Web I came across the PEGYM. I had tried on and off a few years before finding the gym but this place kept my interest.

Q. What positive effects of PE have you seen, in your life, over the years?

BigO: The positive effects I have seen are improved EQ. I never knew that I had any EQ issues and I don’t think I did. I look back and realize I had decent EQ but now I have amazing EQ and I just turned 50 in February of 2016.

I have also gained 1 and 1/2 inches of erect length and a tad over 1/2 of an inch in mid shaft girth.

Q. What manual male enhancement exercises have you done? Which are your favorite and why?

BigO: For manual, I liked jelquing and a few different stretches. My favorites are the side stretching hes, bundled stretches and my own version of the LAS.

Q. Have you used any PE devices? If so, which ones have you used, and which are your favorites and why?

BigO: Devices are my thing. My favorites are the LG hanger number 1, the Bib hardcore and air pumps. I have tried extenders and I hate them, way to cumbersome. I use my LG hanger and a belt/strap system in place of extenders. Although I am a devices guy I believe that some manual stretching is always a good addition to using them.

Q. Do you do any non-PE exercise? If so, what?

BigO: I am a roofer, so I get a lot of physical work but I have not done a regular exercise program for a few years. My back has given me some issues over the last 4 years.

I have lifted weights for most of my life, from about 14 until mid 40’s with a few breaks here and there. I did about a dozen power lifting competitions in the Navy. My best lifts were 405 for bench press, 575 for squats and a dead lift of 605. At that time I weighed 205.

Q. What advice would you give to guys new to PE?

BigO: For new guys, easy to answer. Stay consistent and don’t try to gain it all at once. PE takes time and you get more than size out of it.

Also, penis size does not make the man, not all women want a big dick, they want a good man.

Q. Give us one fun fact members don’t likely know about you. :-)

BigO: I have played ice hockey on and off for about 40 years. I am a goaltender and a fanatic. Most guys know that. What they don’t know is that I am pretty much the way I am in the forums in real life.

Q. What goals initially led you to PEGym.com and what positive effects have you seen with PE?

CUSP82: Ok so what led me here? I used to chill with JP over at Betterman. One day he was gone but left a trail of cookies that I followed here.

Now what got me there? I was getting a bit older and thought this might help for EQ, which it did greatly. The extra size was just a bonus.Both were positive effects.

Q. Have you used any PE devices? If so, which ones have you used, and which are your favorites and why? What about manual exercises and other non-PE exercises?

CUSP82: I never liked or used devices. I simply stuck to a variety of stretches, jelqs, fowfers and las.

As for other exercises, well I have been lifting since I was a kid, racquetball 3 times a week and any other game I can play. Staying active keeps me out of trouble.

Q. What advice would you give to guys new to PE?

CUSP82: As for the new kids, just take it slow and easy and stop being in a rush. Nothing ever comes good when you rush things.

Q. Give us one fun fact members don’t likely know about you. :-)

CUSP82: As for a fun fact, I don’t think I have any. Everything is fun. You must remember that the world is a toy if you just stay a boy! As has been said before; second star to the right and straight on til morning! That’s how I live!

Q. What goals initially led you to PEGym.com?

Cavalier:  I was searching on the internet for information to help with my ED problems and stumbled across this site. I was skeptical at first about it helping with EQ and especially the idea of gaining size. I was curious to see if it might possibly help improve my EQ and thought it might be worth a try. I was pleasantly surprised that my EQ improved and even more surprised that I was seeing gains. That was almost three years ago.

Q. What positive effects of PE have you seen, in your life, over the years?

Cavalier: The biggest thing for me was the improvement in my EQ. My wife and I have always had great sex but she tells me that she can see an improvement in my confidence in bed.

Q. What manual male enhancement exercises have you done? Which are your favorite and why?

Cavalier: I started off with the JP90 and later moved on to bundled stretches to break a plateau. The bundled stretches were my favorite. They gave me some of the best gains I made.

Q. Have you used any PE devices? If so, which ones have you used, and which are your favorites and why?

Cavalier: I have tried an extender, pumping and hanging. Hanging is my favorite, it also gave me great gains.

Q. Do you do any non-PE exercise? If so, what?

Cavalier: About all I have done over the past few years was some physical therapy exercises after my back surgeries. I still have back problems so many other exercises are a little difficult for me now.

Q. What advice would you give to guys new to PE?

Cavalier: Patience, PE takes time and can’t be rushed. The other important thing is knowledge. Don’t go into this blindly, know what you are doing first. Don’t hesitate to ask questions, it’s better to be safe than sorry.

We thought it would be nice, if we had a “getting to know you” type series with each of them, so all of our members can meet our mods and admins.

Our sixth interview in this series is with — not2big! not2big is a Senior Super Moderator. He’s one of our earliest members — coming up on his SEVENTH year at PEGym this year!!

Q. What goals initially led you to PEGym.com?

not2big:  I have been a diabetic for over twenty years which resulted in fairly severe ED. I initially joined the Gym to learn about treatments to help with my problem. Although jelqing helped to some degree, it was pumping/constriction which really allowed me to enjoy a more normal sex life.

i had always been insecure with the size of my low average penis so I decided to try an extender (I was conditioned due to years of “clamping” with a tight constriction band) and added an aggressive pumping routine in order to increase the length and girth.

Q. What positive effects of PE have you seen, in your life, over the years?

not2big: As indicated above, I have learned a lot about pumping which has significantly improved my sex life, not only with providing a means to achieve a good erection, but also has increased my girth.

Q. What manual male enhancement exercises have you done? Which are your favorite and why?

not2big: I have always done some jelqing; however, due to my smaller flaccid size combined with a fairly large turkey neck and ED, I have always had to do one handed jelqing with at most a 30% erection.

Until recently, I had always done about 30 minutes of stretching in bed at night. This was always my favorite exercise, but I am now primarily only doing pumping because my fingers have become stiff and tingly from an as yet undiagnosed cause.

Q. Have you used any PE devices? If so, which ones have you used, and which are your favorites and why?

not2big: As I indicated above, I continue to be on a fairly aggressive pumping program which is primarily responsible for increasing my girth from 4.4″ to 5.5″.

My extender program is primarily responsible for increasing my BPEL from 5.5″ to 6.4″

Q. Do you do any non-PE exercise? If so, what?

not2big: I ride my bike about 5 miles, 4 or 5 days a week. When weather permits, I play golf twice a week. I play ping pong for two hours every Tuesday afternoon.

Q. What advice would you give to guys new to PE?

not2big: Be patient and consistent. It took me about nine months before I started to make measurable gains.

Q. Give us one fun fact members don’t likely know about you. :-)

not2big: I race my MX-5 Miata in autocross and hot laps events

We thought it would be nice, if we had a “getting to know you” type series with each of them, so all of our members can meet our mods and admins.

Our seventh interview in this series is with — TheZZMan! TheZZMan is a relatively new addition to our Moderator team, joining PEGym last Fall. But, he’s quickly made his mark here in the community as someone who is always willing to help out!

What goals initially led you to PEGym.com?

TheZZMan: As with many, insecurities about size and wanting better performance was the main reason for seeking out direction. Was also experiencing some ED that was frustrating to me. Google was my friend, and brought me to this site. The frank open talk about subjects usually not discussed really intrigued me. Once I began to participate, I was hooked. I felt good being able to give back some my life experiences to others in an open discussion.

What positive effects of PE have you seen, in your life, over the years?

TheZZMan:  I’ve come to realize that my whole life I had been missing out on some of the best sexual response I’ve ever had. This last year has been a life altering exercise. I never knew I could achieve EQ as strong as I have and I only wish I had discovered PE decades ago in my youth.

What manual male enhancement exercises have you done? Which are your favorite and why?

TheZZMan:  I’m here mainly for the betterment of my erection quality. This forum has erased any insecurities I had about size so my goal is not necessarily length or girth but overall performance and strength. So my routine is simply some light jelqing, some light stretching, some helicopter twirls with a light warm up and warm down. I seriously can’t say that I spend all that much time on it, yet still have grown ½” in length and ¼” in girth. Stamina is achieved through regular Edging.

Have you used any PE devices? If so, which ones have you used, and which are your favorites and why?

TheZZMan: I have not used any devices as I am happy with all my personal indicators and measurements.

Do you do any non-PE exercise? If so, what?

TheZZMan: My job is fairly physical, so I get a workout just getting up in the morning. Some days are more strenuous than others, but I certainly don’t need to join a gym. I’ve also said that if I never drank another beer, I would be a buff individual. I’m a strong guy with athletic build. Ideal weight would probably be 15 pounds less.

What advice would you give to guys new to PE?

TheZZMan: Stick to it, don’t get frustrated, it takes time to show gains. Be dedicated to your routine and follow what others have already proven to work. Don’t push yourself too hard, pay attention to all the signs that you are over working yourself. And keep a positive attitude. You have your whole life ahead of you, the time invested now will reap rewards for years to come down the road. Lastly, believe in yourself, don’t compare yourself to others in terms of size or sexual activity. Your progress should be yours and you should compare to your starting measurements. There will always be somebody bigger or larger – it is not worth comparing to others. Be the best you that you can be.

Fear is Your Worst Enemy: Ask the Experts

Q. I measured a minute ago during my edge session…

…I know it is 100% in my head now. My morning wood was rock hard i woke up in the middle of a dream. I have the ability but something is holding me back. Probably a feeling like I need to get a good PE session, is this going well, etc. if we can focus a lot of our efforts on the mental I would appreciate it. I try to clear my mind but it is very hard. Is there anything that has helped your students that also have a hard time with this?

Big Al: You have that fear block.  It’s responsible for more lost progress and misery than you might imagine. In my own experience, and in those of trainees who’ve truly wanted to conquer their fears, you have to make a conscious and firm decision to master your fear.

This will require deep introspection and some time to yourself to work out in your mind WHY you feel these fears and WHY you give it the power you do.  It should be coupled with mental exercises where you mentally push the fear out of your mind when it pops up.  Learning to still your mind with deep breathing and meditation helps as well.  What I’m recommending above isn’t merely a method to grow your penis or tho adapt yourself to master the act of sex (though it helps in those regards)- it’s what you do to master your ego.  When you get to the point to where you’re really making progress- that’s when the confrontation with yourself will occur.  It might even be where you’re at now if you’re experiencing fluctuations between feeling as if you’re past the fear and it creeping backinto your head.

If you feel there’s something very serious holding you back, professional psychological counseling might help you get to the root of those fears and anxiety.
