How to Give a Penis Massage

$
0
0

penis massageIf you ask most men how to give a penis massage, they’ll likely answer –

There is NO wrong way to massage my penis!

That wise sentiment aside, if you want to massage your penis for increased length and girth, not just physical pleasure, there is a method to effective penis massaging.

WHY GIVE A PENIS MASSAGE?

Penis massage can help you reach your penis enlargement goals. It helps stretch the tissues of the penis, while also increasing blood flow – both key components of permanent length gain. Additionally, penis massage can help relieve stress. Continued exposure to stress has been shown to result in penis shortening.

HOW TO GIVE A PENIS MASSAGE

There are a variety of ways to give a penis massage.

Penis Massage with a Partner

If your partner is giving you the massage, they can make it an entire groin area experience.

  • Step 1 - Using your hands, with a circular motion, slowly massage the lower abdomen, inner thighs, hips, and entire groin area. Once your partner is relaxed, move to the penis.
  • Step 2 - Place both hands at the base of the penis, putting equal pressure on both sides of the shaft.
  • Step 3 - Slowly move upward toward the glans.
  • Step 4 - Once you reach the glans, move your hands in a clockwise motion and then a counter-clockwise motion.
  • Step 5 - Move back to the base and repeat.

Penis Massage by Yourself (Oriental Massage)

Although penis massage with a partner may be more fun, you can still get the stretching and bloodflow benefits of penis massage by yourself. You can check out our video on how to do the Oriental Massage here.

  • Step 1 - Use two fingers to put pressure on your perineum. This is the area between your testicles and anus.
  • Step 2 - Place the upside-down OK-grip at the base of your penis.
  • Step 3 - Slowly move up the shaft of your penis, to just before the glans.
  • Step 4 - With your grip just below the glans, stretch the penis straight out 9 times.
  • Step 5 - Stretch to the with the penis pointing to the left 9 times.
  • Step 6 - Stretch with the penis pointing down 9 times.
  • Step 7 – Finally, stretch with the penis pointing to the right 9 times.

There are several other variations on the Oriental Massage detailed in our video page.

The Anatomy of the Pelvic Floor Muscles

Pelvic floor musclesIf you’ve looking to increase your sexual stamina and/or enlarge your penis, chances are you’ve heard of Kegels. This effective and simple exercise strengthens the pelvic floor muscles, helping you last as long as you’d like in the bed, plus encouraging nutrient-rich bloodflow to the penis, enhancing your enlargement routine. The question becomes –

What are the pelvic floor muscles?

THE PARTS OF THE PELVIC FLOOR MUSCLES

The pelvic floor is comprised of the right and left levator ani. These are positioned horizontally and are separated by two small gaps. The gap toward the front of the body is the origenital hiatus, which allows the urethra to pass. The gap toward the back of the body is the rectal hiatus, which allows teh anal canal to pass through.

There are three parts of the levator ani:

  • Pubococcygeus – The pubococcygeus (PC) muscle is the primary part of the levator. It runs from the pubic bone toward the coccyx (tail bone). These are the muscles you contract to perform Kegels.
  • Puborectalis – These are also known as the sphincter recti. The puborectalis muscles, on the left and right, come together behind the anorectal junction. This forms a sling of muscles for the pelvis, that when relaxed, allow defecation.
  • Iliococcygeus – this is the most posterior portion of the levator ani.

WHAT DO THE PELVIC FLOOR MUSCLES DO?

pelvic floor muscles

*
The pelvic floor muscles support your pelvic organs. These include your bladder and intestines. They maintain urinary and anal continence.

When contracted just before you reach the point of no return, you can actually prevent orgasm. This can lead to men becoming multi-orgasmic!

JonPop’s 90-Day Beginner Routine Summary

90-day routineThis summary is an overview of JonPop’s 90-day routine. Many feel this routine is the best beginner routine around. It’s simple, effective, and has been used by thousands of men, with good results. Adhering to the exact instructions is the key. Don’t be tempted to take short cuts, just stay on track, and only make changes as he instructs.

JP himself has made stunning gains with this routine, but as he states he was diligent in his efforts and put in the time and effort needed for success.

FROM JONPOP ABOUT HIS 90-DAY ROUTINE

I wrote this routine back in 2004 after much research, trial and error and a few injuries. But these exercises and the supplements I recommend are still the way to go, to increase length, girth, overall health and well being. Many men have reported great success with this routine. I will still go back and do this routine when I have taken an extended break from PE to recondition. After this program, your penis will be well conditioned and ready for more advanced exercises.

Listen up, everyone-

  1. Learn the exercises.
  2. Don’t be too aggressive.
  3. Tailor a routine to the amount of time that can be devoted.
  4. Take required rest days and don’t expect results overnight.
  5. Above all, enjoy the experience that is Penis Enlargement and have fun.

WHAT KIND OF RESULTS WILL I GET WITH JP’S 90-DAY ROUTINE?

As with any exercise routine, what you get out of it depends on several factors, including: the time and effort you put into it and your unique physical attributes. However, here’s JonPop’s experience, to give you an idea of what you could accomplish:

I gained probably 1 1/2″ in BEPL in the first 90 days. But since it was still giving me gains, I stayed with the routine for 16 months. During this period I gained, over all, 2 3/4″ in length and over 1″ in girth. I then went on to more advanced exercises and continued to gain to my present size of 8 1/4″ X 6 1/4″. I am just on a maintenance routine now. But, I credit most of my gains to the 90-day routine.

My starting stats were 4 3/4″ BPEL X 4 1/2″ MSEG. Yes I was a quick gainer. BUT.. I was diligent in my efforts and put in the time and the effort. I myself gained ¾” of length with the routine, in the first 2 months. And I still use a version of his routine today. However, keep in mind that this routine is designed to condition your penis for more advanced exercises. The gains are just an added bonus! It is possible to not see any gains at all, though in most cases, at least some gains are achieved. Just be patient and STAY THE COURSE, and you will be pleasantly surprised.

HELPFUL TIPS FOR JP’S 90-DAY ROUTINE

  • Read Carefully -  Read his routine thoroughly! This is important, and often not done by new guys. A lot of beginners simply skim over the information, and miss the important details contained in the post.
  • Print a Copy - This way you’ll have it for reference while you exercise.
  • Practice - Practice the exercises as described, before getting too frustrated trying to understand them in your mind. A lot of guys (me included) just starting out, over-complicate an exercise, by trying to understand it as written instead of just giving it a try.
  • Heed All Warnings - This is VERY important! PE is not a sprint race, it’s a marathon. Trying to cut corners or moving to an advanced routine too soon, WILL cause injury. Take your time and use common sense.
  • Listen to Your Body - Nobody knows you as good as YOU. In our next article of FAQs, will talk about PI’s (physiological indicators), a must read for anyone doing PE.
  • Learn the Lingo - It’s going to be difficult to effectively exercise, if you don’t know what the instructions are talking about. Go here – Penis Wiki of Enlargement Terms & Acronyms – for all the key terms and abbreviations.
  • Ask Questions - If you have a question, our forum members are here to help! The Beginner’s Forum is a great place to post questions or try JP’s thread.

A FINAL THOUGHT FROM JONPOP

Always remember. This is not an easy road but an amazingly rewarding adventure.

Best Pump for Girth Gain, Adding a Pump to Your Routine & More: Ask the Experts

$

0

bathmateBig Al, of MaleEnhancementCoach.com, answers questions about which pump is best for girth, adding a pump to your penis exercise routine and more, in this Ask the Experts article.

If you have questions you’d like answered in an Ask the Experts article, please PM Kimberly at forum name – KMWylie – and she’ll have the experts here on PEGym get your questions answered.

Q. I wanted to ask which pump (air or water-based)…

… help with gaining girth quicker? Does constricted or non-constricted pumping help you gain faster? Should you incorporate advanced jelqing exercises to help with cementing gains?

Big Al:  Either should work well, but a water pump, like the Bathmate, is said to be more comfortable and conducive to tissue expansion due to the warmth of the water.  There’s also less room for error in regards to pressure and leakage. You can experiment with some restrictive pumping, but you should alternate with non-restrictive sessions for a different challenge and to note the difference.  For the best results, you should be doing your pump training in conjunction with an penis enlargement routine (manual exercises and/or device work like hangers and extenders), and stamina exercises as well.

Q. I am starting to add a pump to my exercises routine….

… My questions are should I exercise and pump on the same day or do them alternating days? I have been exercising for about 6 months. I need a routine with some rest periods.

Big Al:  To a large extent, I’d need to know the details of your training as well as what your goals are to make a proper recommendation.  I’d say you can effectively use the pump as a part of your warm ups and warm downs by using it for 5-7 minutes, before and after training on low pressure and using very warm water (if using a Bathmate).   If you’d like to make the pump a more active part of your training, please refer to the pumping routine outlined and details here: http://www.pegym.com/articles/baseline-squeeze-bathpump-routine-more-experts

You’d need to ensure that your EQ is quite high and your training isn’t already at borderline tolerance levels, for you to add this to your regimen.

Q. What benefits are there to doing erect kegels…

… vs. doing kegels while flaccid?

Big Al:  There are a few benefits to doing kegels erect, as opposed to flaccid.  For one, you’re maintaining a high level of blood flow with erect kegels. If there are any slight “venous leaks,” this would help strengthen the valves and possibly repair any tiny holes- as well as strengthening the penile vascular system.  Also, the erect kegels are going to give you extreme tissue expansion.  This effect is most notable in the glans every time you do a PC contraction.  Done after enlargement work, this should greatly enhance the enlargement process.  The blood flow combined with contractions will also help to flush your penis of any possible toxins built up from training, and should also help to speed healing.

What are Physiological Indicators (PIs)?
How often should I workout?
What are the basics of jelqing?
What is the helicopter shake?
Is a jelq device better than your hands?
Which lube should I use?
Is the LOT (loss of tug) theory still relevant?

Q. Could you explain the penis anatomy, so I know what the glans is?

A. Check out – The Penis: The Definitive Guide to Man’s Most Prized OrganYou’ll not only have a great explanation of basic penis anatomy, but also learn all you need to know about the penis.

Q. Why should I do the JP 90-Day Routine?

A. This routine is proven, and is for conditioning your penis. During the 90-day time frame, you should see some results, and be conditioning yourself for more advanced routines. It is strongly recommended you first condition yourself, before attempting ANY advanced or intermediate exercises. You risk injury, if you don’t!

Q. What are Physiological Indicators (PIs)?

A. Physiological Indicators (PIs) are the physical responses you can observe, in your penis, due to penis exercising. Review our article - Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to Help Penis Growth! - to learn more.

Q. How often should I workout?

A. Two days on, one day off, is recommended for beginners. However, as you progress in the routine and have no negative PI’s , then you can try the five on two off schedule. If you decide to try the five on two off, pay close attention to your PI’s !

Q. What are the basics for jelqing?

A. Jelqing is one of the most effective penis enlargement exercises. It’s also one of the simplest. Using an OK-grip, you stroke up the shaft of the penis, filling it with nutrient-rich blood. Check out our article – What is Jelqing? How to Jelq to a Bigger & Harder Penis – to learn more about jelqing, find links to videos on jelqing, and even learn about the many variations.

Q. What is the Helicopter shake?

A. The helicopter shake is an exercise that using rotational force to facilitate enlargement. Imagine twirling a key chain around in a circle. You perform this same movement, with the penis, using your thumb and index finger.

Q. Is a jelq device better than your hands?

A. Jelq devices definitely have some advantages over manual jelqing, especially for those with weakened hand strength, or who want to ensure an even pressure with their jelqs. You can learn more in our article - The Advantages of Using the Jelq Device to Maximize Jelqing Results.

Q. Which lube should I use?

A. This really is a personal preference, but Johnson and Johnson baby oil gel or a good water-based lubricant works well. There are many kinds. Do a search on the forums for some of the members’ favorites.

Q. Is the LOT (loss of tug) theory still relevant?

A. The LOT theory was originally created by Bib. It was a popular way to exercise when JP wrote the 90-day routine. Although there is merit in the theory, it’s been found gains come just as quickly (or slowly) by adhering to (or not) the LOT theory.

Q. Can you increase reps and/or intensity as you go?

A. JonPop’s routine was designed to show newbies how to do the exercises, not go overboard, prevent injuries, and condition the penis for more strenuous exercises to follow. As you progress, follow the routine exactly, and listen to your body. If you feel you can increase intensity or duration, ease into what you are comfortable with. If any soreness occurs, back off and take a day’s rest . JP advises you do at least 6 weeks of his routine before upping the exercises.

Q. Is this routine just for beginners?

A. No, these exercises work for penis exercisers of all levels. More advanced PE’ers can just increase the amount of reps per session. In fact, many guys use this routine after deconditioning breaks. It helps recondition the penis and avoids any restart injuries.

This is the 2nd part of a three-part series on FAQs for JP’s penis enlargement routine. Please see JonPop’s FAQs – Part 1 and JonPop’s FAQs – Part 2, for more of the most common questions. Questions in this FAQ article include:

How do I know if I’m Kegeling right?
Does the 90 days include days off?
How long is this beginner’s session supposed to last?
Instead of doing wet jelqs, may I do dry jelqs instead?
I always get erections when jelqing, what should I do?
Is it OK to have sex on PE days?
Why do I get red dots on my penis?
What percentage erection level do I use when jelqing and stretching?
How hard do I pull when stretching?
After I have done my beginner’s session, it never feels like my unit has had a work out. Is this a sign I should up the reps or intensity of the exercises?
My flaccid penis seems to look like its getting ribs on both sides of the shaft. They disappear when I become erect. Should I be worried about this?
When I do the rotary stretches, particularly in the anti-clockwise direction, I seem to get a weird clicking feeling after every full circle. What is this?
Is it safe to jelq at 100% erection?

Q. How do I know if I’m Kegeling right?

A. There is an easy way to find your PC muscle, to help ensure you’re performing Kegels correctly. Get an erection, place your finger on the head (glans) and hold it there. Use the muscle you use to make your penis push against your finger, in other words, the one that makes your penis jump up. That’s the muscle you want to use to do Kegels. To learn more about how to do Kegels, check out this article — Kegel Exercises for Men .

Q. Does the 90 days include days off?

A. Yes, it does include days off.

Q. How long is this beginner’s session supposed to last?

A. There is no set time period for a beginner’s session.  Don’t rush. Take your time to ensure you are doing the exercises fully and correctly.

Q. Instead of doing wet jelqs, may I do dry jelqs instead?

A. I feel I get a better jelq and movement of the blood bulge, sliding up the shaft, with the wet jelq. I think it would be very hard to do the “V” jelqs without some kind of lube.

Q. I always get erections when jelqing, what should I do?

A. The good thing in all of this is — the longer you do PE, the more your penis will get used to the sensations, and it won’t seem so much like masturbation. If you have to snap one off, to maintain a 50-60% erection, go ahead. Even a 30-40% erection level is ideal for jelqing. Practicing edging can be helpful with this too. Over time, your penis will know the difference between exercise and intercourse.

Q. Is it OK to have sex on PE days?

A. Heck, yeah! Every time you have an erection, you bring nutrient-rich blood into your penis, nourishing it and helping it build the new cellular growth needed for enlargement.

Q. Why do I get red dots on my penis?

A. These are called “Newbie Spots.” They are caused by gripping too tightly. They are small broken capillaries and will heal by themselves. Make sure you are totally warmed up before starting and lighten up on the grip. Your grip should be just hard enough to move the blood bulge, with a 40-60% erection level.

Q. What percentage erection level do I use when jelqing and stretching?

A. The proper erection levels are as follows -

  • 0-30% for stretching
  • 30-60% for Jelqing
  • 40-60% for the “V” Jelqs

Q. How hard do I pull when stretching?

A. Pull just hard enough to feel a solid tension throughout your penis. You should feel no pain!

Q. After I have done my beginner’s session, it never feels like my unit has had a work out. Is this a sign I should up the reps or intensity of the exercises?

A. This routine is designed as a conditioning phase and an introduction to the correct ways to do the exercises. Do the routine as written, in the time frame you choose. If you follow these instructions, you will see an improvement in Erection Quality and some gains in your overall penis size and health.

After completing this 90-day routine, you may advance to some of the more advanced exercises, or continue with this routine if you continue to see gains. However, to avoid injury, do not up the the intensity or duration until you have finished the course as written.

Q. My flaccid penis seems to look like its getting ribs on both sides of the shaft. They disappear when I become erect. Should I be worried about this?

A. You are starting to expand your tunica. This is a positive sign.

Q. When I do the rotary stretches, particularly in the anti-clockwise direction, I seem to get a weird clicking feeling after every full circle. What is this?

A. This is the ligaments riding over the pubic bone. I got this quite a bit when I first started. It’s nothing to worry about, unless it bothers you. After you stretch your ligs for awhile, it will stop.

Q.  Is it safe to jelq at 100% erection?

A. Jelqing at 100% is masturbation. You will not see much gains from doing this, although it feels good. This routine is based on 30-70% erection level.

Here is Part 2 of the FAQs for JonPop’s 90-Day Beginner Routine, promised in the article – JonPop’s 90-Day Beginner Routine SummaryThe information below answers the most common questions received about JP’s routine, and most of these answers are from JonPop himself.

This is the 2nd part of a three-part series on FAQs for JP’s penis enlargement routine. Please see JonPop’s FAQs – Part 1 and JonPop’s FAQs – Part 3, for more of the most common questions. Questions in this FAQ article include:

I’ve been doing this routine for 90 days, with no gains, is that normal?
What is the average gains from this routine?
I’ve been having some pain while exercising, is that normal?
Is it OK to still masturbate?
Are the supplements necessary? And will they harm me?
Can I take other supplements?
You said to do 10 stretches straight out, in a big circle to the left. How is it straight out, if you’re doing it in a circle to the left?
I am following the 90-day to a tee, including the supplements. I have noticed that my unit is darker when I’m done exercising, is that natural or overworking it?
Is taking a hot shower sufficient warm-up?

Q. I’ve been doing this routine for 90 days, with no gains, is that normal?

A. Yes, some guys gain faster than others. Although most guys will see gains from this routine within the first two months. The jelq device might benefit some of you, after you’ve completed at least 6 weeks of the routine. After you’re conditioned , you can up the reps, or start using a more advanced routine, but give it time, and be patient!

Q. What is the average gains from this routine?

A. It varies for each guy. Keep in mind that this routine is for conditioning your penis, but most guys will see some newbie gains. Here is a link to a recent poll about gains – The JonPop 90-day routine poll

Q. I’ve been having some pain while exercising, is that normal?

A. No, penis exercises should never hurt. Your penis should feel tuckered out, but there should be no pain.

Q. Is it OK to still masturbate?

A. Yes, in fact you can try edging to enhance your routine. Check out our article — Edging for Increased Stamina & Penis Enlargement – for more information on how to Edge and its benefits.

Q. Are the supplements necessary? And will they harm me?

A. The supplements suggested in JPs 90-Day Routine are just vitamins . They aren’t going to change your body shape except to make you feel better and maybe exercise more. The proper way to take these supplements is:

  • 30 minutes before eating, take the L-Arginine and L-Lysene. with a small glass of milk or orange juice. The orange juice really compliments the absorbtion of the amino acids.
  • During this time, do the 90 day Newbie routine.
  • Then eat breakfast and take the multi-vitamin, the Super B complex and the zinc.

Please note –  some people can build up an undesired level of Vitamin A. If you are are a normal person, with normal body chemistry, there should be no problem taking these 7 days a week. However, it is always good to seek the advice of a medical professional, before adding any supplements or vitamins to your daily intake.

Q. Can I take other supplements?

A. There are a variety of other natural supplements available that have purported penis enlargement benefits. Do your research before adding any of these to your routine. You can learn more about the most common penis supplement ingredients in our article – Penis Supplement Ingredients.

Q. You said to do 10 stretches straight out, in a big circle to the left. How is it straight out, if you’re doing it in a circle to the left?

A.  Picture an old car in the old movies, where they had to hand crank it to start. Just crank your penis around in a circle 10 cranks to the left, then 10 cranks to the right. Pull your penis around in a BIG circle, close to your thighs.

Q. I am following the 90-day to a tee, including the supplements. I have noticed that my unit is darker when I’m done exercising, is that natural or overworking it?

A. Some men do experience darkening of the skin of the penis. Most often this has no ill effects other than visual.

Q. Is taking a hot shower sufficient warm-up?

A.  Yes, this can be a sufficient warm-up, if the water is hot enough to really get deep heat to your ligaments. The rice sock is also a cheap and very effective way to warm up. Check out the article — Penis Warm-Up Methods: Heating Up Before Working Out – for more warming up methods.

Most Painful Place for a Bee Sting? Surprisingly Not the Penis

$
0
0

bee sting trimmed*I sometimes marvel at ‘modern science.’ The things scientists study sometimes boggles the mind. This one though, shows a whole new level commitment, on the researcher’s part.

A graduate student at Cornell University, Michael Smith, studies the behavior and evolution of honeybees. Needless to say, getting stung is a professional hazard. This led to his curiosity centering on where the most painful place to be stung was.

Although there is a pain scale, the Schmidt Sting Pain Index, that details the level of pain a sting from a certain insect gives, there hadn’t been research detailing what parts of the body were more sensitive to stings.

What’s a researcher to do?

Sting himself!  Again, and again, and again!

For 38 days, Smith allowed bees to sting him a numerous times a day, over various places on his body.  He was actually quite methodical in his methods:

  • He grabbed a bee, by the wings, with forceps and pressed the stinger into the tested area of his body.
  • He stung himself 5 times per day, always between 9 am and 10 am.
  • He then rated the pain of the sting, on a scale between 1 and 10.
  • He always started and ended with ‘test stings’ on his forearm, to calibrate his subjective pain scale.
  • He tested each of the 25 spots, three times.

Some of the spots he tested required a bit of flexibility and his mirror — like on his buttocks.  Surprisingly, the penis wasn’t the most sensitive spot! Oh, it was in the top three… but, wasn’t number one.  Here are Smith’s pain findings.

THE MOST PAINFUL PLACES TO BE STUNG BY A BEE

bee sting pain map

Here are the findings, broken down by location, followed by Smith’s pain rating on a scale from 1 to 10:

  • Nostril – 9
  • Lip – 8.7
  • Penis – 7.3
  • Scrotum – 7
  • Cheek – 7
  • Palm – 7
  • Armpit – 7
  • Nipple – 6.7
  • Middle Fingertip – 6.7
  • Abdomen – 6.7
  • Top of Foot – 6
  • Behind the Ear – 5.3
  • Back of Neck – 5.3
  • Top of Hand – 5.3
  • Inner Arm – 5
  • Back of Knee – 5
  • Foot Arch – 5
  • Wrist – 4.7
  • Thigh – 4.7
  • Lower Back – 4
  • Buttock – 3.7
  • Back of Calf – 3.7
  • Top of Head – 2.3
  • Upper Arm – 2.3
  • Tip of Middle Toe – 2.3

According to Smith, although getting stung on the penis and scrotum definitely wasn’t pleasurable, the nostril was the absolute worst. It caused not only the most intense pain, but also made him sneeze and wheeze, and made his eyes water.

Serious cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, and vascular events, including myocardial infarction, sudden cardiac death, ventricular arrhythmia, cerebrovascular hemorrhage, transient ischemic attack, hypertension, subarachnoid and intracerebral hemorrhages, and pulmonary hemorrhage have been reported by users of Viagra. Although many of these reports were from men who had pre-existing cardiovascular conditions, some men were reported healthy and experienced these life-threatening side effects.

Additionally, there have also been reports of gangrene of the penis, due to overdose with Viagra. In some of these cases, this has resulted in the amputation of the penis, in order to prevent the gangrene from spreading to other parts of the body.

How to Choose the Best Condom Size

$

woman condom sizeEveryone knows wearing a condom is one of the best ways of protecting yourself against sexually transmitted diseases, as well as guarding against an unplanned pregnancy (outside of abstinence, and what fun is that?). Although schools in many countries teach the importance of using a condom, very few actually teach you how to select the right size condom.

A correctly-sized condom not only helps ensure
they give you the protection you want,
but can also enhance your sexual stimulation.

CONDOM SIZE CATEGORIES

Understanding that guys’ penis sizes vary over a range of sizes, in both length and girth, condom manufacturers typically have three size options available, to help you get the best fit. These three sizes are:

  • Small (often known as “Snugger Fit”,
  • Regular and
  • Large (sometimes known as XL or Magnum-sized)

WHY YOU WANT TO CORRECTLY SIZE YOUR CONDOM

condomLike shoes, condoms come in a variety of sizes. This is for both functionality and comfort. You wouldn’t want to wear a pair of shoes so large they kept slipping off your heels. You also wouldn’t be comfortable wearing shoes that are two small and pinch your toes. The same is true of condoms.

Although you may feel like a stud slapping down a box of XL condoms in front of the cute cashier at the drugstore, if they’re too large it is possible for semen to leak out of the condom and other bodily fluids (with potential STD transfer) to get underneath the condom. A too-large condom may come completely off during intercourse, giving no protection whatsoever. A condom that is too loose may also diminish some of the sensation you feel during sex.

On the flip side, a condom that is too small can be just as ineffective. If the condom is too small, it has a higher chance of tearing during intercourse. Again, this will result in loss of protection from STDs and unplanned pregnancy. A condom that is too tight can also be uncomfortable, negatively affecting your pleasure.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE BEST CONDOM SIZE

The first rule of thumb when buying condoms is to not buy condoms larger than you need, just because you want people to think you have a big penis. According to one study of 3,500 men, from 28 countries, 35% of participants needed small sized condoms. That’s a pretty significant percentage.

The second rule when choosing a condom size is know your penis! It’s surprising how many guys really don’t accurately know their penis length or girth. Don’t guess – measure! Use a string and a ruler or a measuring tape to get an accurate number. And, definitely don’t let ego add an inch to this measurement.

Third, most condom manufacturers give flat width measurements. Therefore, you’ll need to take the measurement of your girth (the circumference of the base of your penis shaft), and then dividing by pi (3.14), to get the diameter of your penis.

EXAMPLE:

Girth Measurement = 6 inches divided by 3.14 (pi) = 1.91 inch diameter (width)

Lastly, refer to the manufacturer’s guidelines on the sizing of their condoms. Many times this information is right on the box. Most manufacturer’s also have condom sizing info on their websites. Select a condom size that is closest to your erect penis size. Here’s a chart of some of the most popular brands, for easy reference.

Vancouver’s Airport a Giant Penis?

Phallic-inspired buildings are not new. From Egyptian obelisks piercing the ancient skyline to China’s People’s Daily Tower, that is not just reminiscent of a penis, but looks exactly like one, clearly architects for many millennia have designed with their dicks in mind. This one, however, has to be my new favorite…

Vancouver International Airport

Although the airport, as a whole, looks more like a disfigured, extra-legged starfish, head on over to Concourse E, the next time you’re in one of Canada’s most picturesque cities.  Gates 71 through 87 lay along the shaft and the glans of what is clearly a penis! Don’t believe me?  Take a look for yourself:

vancouver penis airport

If this is not a penis shape, I don’t know what is.

It’s an interesting design choice, for Concourse E, especially seeing that none of the other concourses are shaped like this, as you can see in the overhead diagram of the entire airport below.

Vancouver airport

Stantec was the architect behind the airport. As their company website notes,

“Stantec had no experience in airport terminal design at the time,
but won this commission because we anticipated where the market was going.”

Apparently, they felt penises were the airport of the future.

Check Out the Performance Trainer: The Best Ejaculation Trainer

performance trainer ejaculation trainer with bookPremature ejaculation is a very real problem for many men. Even if you’re not a “minute man,” improving sexual stamina, to be able to last as long as you want in the sack, is the goal for quite a few guys. Who doesn’t want to last longer in bed?

One of the best ejaculation trainers on the market today is the Performance Trainer.

WHAT IS AN EJACULATION TRAINER?

An ejaculation trainer is just what the name implies –

A device designed to train you to control when you ejaculate.

The masturbation tools help you practice controlling your ejaculation, without a partner, so when it comes to show time, you’ll be at peak performance.

HOW DO EJACULATION TRAINERS WORK?

ejaculation trainerEjaculation trainers work by simulating the feel of intercourse. By practicing with the ejaculation trainer, your body becomes accustomed to the sexual stimulation. This is critical for anyone suffering from premature ejaculation.

More importantly, for men who simply want to improve their sexual stamina, an ejaculation trainer lets you learn more about your body. You’ll begin to recognize when you’re nearing the point-of-no-return, and how to back away from this point. This will teach you how to prevent ejaculation, until you (and your partner) are ready. With the Performance Trainer, the guide book will also help you learn how to become multi-orgasmic.

NOT ALL EJACULATION TRAINERS ARE EQUAL

Just as with most products, not all ejaculation trainers are equal. Quality construction is obviously a concern. You’ll also want one that really replicates the feel of actual sex. This is the only way an ejaculation trainer really prepares you for intercourse.

WHY THE PERFORMANCE TRAINER IS THE BEST EJACULATION TRAINER

The Performance Trainer has many benefits that truly make it the best ejaculation trainer on the market, including:
performance trainer

  • Most life-like feel on the market.  The Performance Trainer is the closest feeling you’ll get to having actual sex.

  • Comes with Enlargel training gel – enhances your training sessions, and gives you a harder and larger penis, in the process.
  • Includes the Performance Trainer Guidebook, written by AJ “Big Al” Alfaro – male enhancement expert – to walk you through the exercises to maximize your sexual stamina.

You’ll also enjoy these benefits:

All Day Stretchers, Length 1st – Girth 2nd, & More: Ask the Experts

girth vs lengthBig Al, of MaleEnhancementCoach.com, answers questions about All Day Stretchers, the length first and girth second theory, and more, in this Ask the Experts article.

If you have questions you’d like answered in an Ask the Experts article, please PM Kimberly at forum name – KMWylie – and she’ll have the experts here on PEGym get your questions answered.

Q: Do you have trainees that have used All Day Stretchers for any extended length of time?…

… What have been the gains, if any? Has anyone gotten injured? Why do you think I should go the ADS route instead of extremely light progressive hanging with the LG at this point in time?

Big Al:  Some have seen results, although it’s something that you’d have to wear for a significant amount of time (both daily and over the weeks and months to come) for it to show any significant results. It’s a very passive way of training, but the loads are low so expect a significant time investment.  This type of device might work much better if you pre-exhausted wearing one with some intense manual stretches.

EDITOR NOTE: The LG Hanger has the advantage of being able to add weights, to give you a more intense hanging workout.

Q2:  What about “length first, girth second” theory and…

… to “never do girth work while hanging?

Big Al:  I disagree with both of those theories.

Q3: Everything I’ve read, and I mean EVERYTHING, says…

… do not do both length and girth work at the same time. It is well documented, with injuries (serious ones) on record from doing both at the same time. It’s simply too much for the penis to handle. Plus, it’s supposed to be easier to stretch a thinner cord than a thicker one. It’s documented that girthier guys have more trouble gaining length. So, why do you disagree with these theories?

Big Al:  I’ve been recommending combination routines with very good results to clients for over 17 years.  First, NONE of ANY initial training should be so intense you’d risk hurting yourself.  ANY initial work should be done within a trainee’s comfort zone.  That should allow one to accomplish all of the exercises in one sitting without issue.

Comparing a penis to a cord is not accurate.  Many well-meaning people attempt to compare the penis to malleable solids like plastics and metals to explain the tissue deformation effect.  The problem with that is that the penis is not made of plastic or metal, but of ORGANIC tissues set up in layers of completely different types of structures.

Girthier men have more of a challenge in gaining length for much the same reason a man with a more robust physique would need to train with higher loads (heavier weights) to achieve proportional results- there’s more tissue to work with.  This actually vindicates the idea of combining girth and length in one session- as this helps the tunica (usually considered the most restrictive portion of the penis to train, especially for girth) expand more.

The reasoning behind doing all of the exercises in one session- and in the particular order that they’re in is because they allow the exercises to work synergistically.  I’ve even written an article about it (here: http://www.pegym.com/articles/order-exercises-challenges-quitting-porn).  From the article:

Here’s a summary of the order and the description of what each aspect of training accomplishes:

  • Warm up- imparts blood flow and heats up (softens) tissues in preparation for safer, more efficient training
  • Girth work- more blood flow and concentrated tissue expansion, also helps to stretch the tunica (making length work more productive)
  • Length work- to target the penis (tunica, corpora, corpus, etc. as well as the suspensory and fundiform ligs)
  • Stamina work- (the feeder portion of the workout where massive amounts of blood are sent to the genitals for heat, further stretching, and recovery in the removal of built up toxins like lactic acid
  • Warm down- maintains tissue expansion, further promotes blood flow and removal of built up toxins

Girth exercises are usually done before length exercises, as doing girth work immediately after intense stretches may be difficult.

Is Penis Size Related to Infidelity?

$
0
0

large penis infidelityWe all know the benefits of a larger penis — both direct and indirect. However, could having a larger penis be related to a higher incidence of infidelity in your relationship? A new study says – YES!

Now, you might think I’m talking about you cheating on your significant other, with that impressive bit of manhood in your trousers. But, I’m not.  This new study shows your lady is more likely to cheat on you, if you have a larger penis.

THE PENIS SIZE & INFIDELITY STUDY

Published in PLOS One, an international, peer-reviewed, open-access, online scientific publication, researchers interviewed 545 married couples from Kenya to determine if there was a relationship between penis size and extra-marital affairs.

  • A 15-inch ruler was provided for the couples to estimate the husband’s erect penis length.
  • Husband and wife were interviewed separately, in private rooms.
  • If measurement discrepancies were found between what the husband and the wife reported, the measurements were averaged.

What they found was pretty interesting.

THE PENIS SIZE & INFIDELITY FINDINGS

The researchers found a variety of factors related to a higher incidence of extra-marital affairs, by the wives, within the last six months (6.2% of women admitted to having affairs within the last 6 months). Wives were more likely to cheat in instances of:

  • Domestic violence,
  • Denial of preferred sexual position, or
  • Spouse with a longer erect penis

The researchers concluded:

“Every one inch longer penis increased the likelihood of women being involved in extra-marital partnership by almost one-and-half times. (…) Women associated large penises with pain and discomfort during sex which precludes the enjoyment and sexual satisfaction that women are supposed to feel.”

WHAT CAN WE LEARN FROM THIS STUDY?

After reading this study, I think I kept reading the same issue.  It wasn’t that the man had a large penis. It’s that he uses that penis selfishly, resulting in sexual dissatisfaction. That’s where the real problem seems to lie.

From a woman’s perspective, I can say that I don’t care if a man is smaller, average or hung like a horse. The most important thing is that he’s a giving lover that takes into consideration my needs and desires.

If you’re the next Jonah Falcon, kudos to you! But, you better use that thing with care, or you may send your lady into the arms of another, lesser-endowed man!

LIMITATIONS OF THE STUDY

Although this study had a large sample size, I think it’s important to note that all men were Kenyan. Why is this important?  Africa has some of the largest penis sizes, on average than any other continent. The largest average penis size of 7.1 inches is found in the Congo, for instance. This could mean that the larger men in the study were likely significantly larger than men in other areas of the world. This could be related to the association of larger penis size with pain in the women.

Additionally, there may be cultural differences at play here. As these participants were rural Kenyans (specifically fishermen from Lake Victoria), there may be a more patriarchal mindset, where women’s satisfaction with the sexual relationship is less of a concern. It would be interesting to see this study repeated with a more varied demographic of participants.

BathmateThere are so many penis pumps on the market, it’s sometimes difficult to know where to even begin, when selecting one.  First, start by checking out our article:

What Are Penis Pumps? How to Build a Bigger & Harder Penis

This article will help you familiarize yourself with the basics of pumping, the different types of pumps available, and how penis pumps can give you a larger and harder penis.

Of course, hearing from actual users of pumps, can give you another, unbiased perspective. The advice and reviews from other PEers can help you when you’re ready to make your pump-buying decision. To this end, we’ve gathered together the penis pump review and advice comments our members here at PEGym have posted.

PENIS PUMP REVIEWS AND ADVICE FROM MEMBERS

Generally speaking, I would recommend getting a brake-bleeder pump with a gauge, they are by far the most durable. Then just get a mustang, size matters, or any other similar cylinder in your size and price range. The other option is to get a water pump, that is totally dependent on whether or not you want to confine your pumping to the bath/shower.
kickinthemebs

Aside from cost, when the rubber meets the road, all reputable pump and cylinder manufacturers make good equipment, whether it’s Vacutech, Boston Pump, San Francisco Pump Works, PumpToys, Penis Depot, UK Thickwall – they are all good. Vacutech cylinders are rather expensive, and Penis Depot are a bit more economical. Both are good cylinder products. The biggest difference I’ve found between them are their designs at the opening.

Vacutech uses a flared rim that’s ultra comfortable and indents slightly that helps form a restrictive seal. Penis Depot offers straight and curved rim cylinders. It’s a matter of preference.  I’d recommend spending your cash on a good pump and a solid, not expensive, cylinder.
~ GTO

I use the vacutech eliptical cylinder and have had great succuss. The pump is made of great quality and the fittings are top notch. You pay for what you get. The good thing about pumps is you can change out parts. If cost is an issue focus on spending more money on a good pump or cylinder. Later you can spend more money on the other.
~ Bnip

If cost is an issue or if you’re not sure how committed you’ll be to pumping and don’t want to spend much at first, Leluv pumps w/gauge, cylinders and accessories on Ebay are very reasonable.
~ OneEyedWilly

You can research either Air or Water type pumps, cylinder size (diameter & Length). If you choose Air/vacuum, you would want a pump with a gauge so that you can operate it in a way that is non-harmful.
~ Dangler

I noticed gains with the Bathmate. Using it with manual PE works very well.
~ NP97

I have and use both air / water pumps, with either you have to follow guidelines …. With air do not go over 5 in. Vacuum for long periods and water do not stay in the Bathmate over 20-min. They both have there use but respect them or injuries will result. (…)

Quality pumps are more pricier then the pumps you will find in your local toy shop. Give the Bathmate a try cause there is a limit to the amount of vacuum you will be able to generate on the BM. With a quality dry pump with a gauge it can be addictive to push yourself way past safe limits just to see. I know i do from time to time. You can wet/dry pump with the BM and still not exceed safety limits and still get a stretch. So for some safety and self control give the BM a try.
~ Islandboy916

Whatever pump you choose, get a pump with a gauge. Withough a gauge, you’re risking injury if you pump at too high an hg.
~ MrBigDick

I know many of the big vets here prefer the VacuTech for PE. I own one, and I love it. The only issue is how strong it is and making sure to stay at a lower pressure
~ bigmoe5067

I love my VacuTech!!
~ going411by7

I would have to say the best pump would be the one that works best for you. what I mean is you try a few out and see if they work like you want. But if I had to say what would be the best pump to start out with it the Bathmate. helps beginners from over doing it. I’m not saying you can go all out, just that it will be easier for you to get a feel for pumps and getting more blood to flow into the penis. I enjoy my Bathmate.
~ Dereck91

I can maintain a good 6.25″ for a good day now when I pump. I believe in air pumps. I own a Kaplan and if I were to buy another I would buy Vacutech.

… then you probably have a lack of smooth muscle and you should do a routine which consists of 20-30% length exercises and 70-80% girth exercises to get the best results.  I am wondering because my BPFSL is 7.5 inches, where as my BPEL is only 6 inches. Do you think this theory is true?

Big Al: The same can be explained by having especially pliant ligaments and/or tunica- which actually bodes well for potential future gains.  The science behind the anatomy behind how PE works should be based on sound science like “Davis’ Law” (which holds much more weight- as it’s an established “law” and not merely a “theory”).  In my opinion, smooth muscle is likely a passive agent in the growth process, and trainijng should concentrate on expanding the tissues (ligaments, tunica, etc) and in maximizing EQ.

Q. My chiropractor said I have a frozen pelvis,…

…which he said the muscles are so tight they just fight each other and hold my pelvis in place not allowing it to move freely with my hips and surrounding muscles. How do I fight this tightness? Just concentrate on keeping my pc muscles relaxed all the time? Reverse kegels? Will there be something in my program to incorporate this? And how do I control mental arousal? I feel like that’s the other half of the battle when it comes to my spasming.

Big Al:  I’m not a doctor, but I’ve counseled enough clients with this issue to be familiar with it.  While there are some things that you can do on your own to help, you really should see a specialist about this.  Your issues might be related to lower back/hip problems (in addition to overkegeling).

For now, here are some DIY tips that can help:

  • Make sure you take care not to strain when you’re on the toilet
  • Ensure your posture is straight as often as possible
  • Make sure your hamstring and hip muscles are properly stretched daily
  • Do your best to avoid anxiety and stress
  • You should NOT do any type of kegeling at this point.  While I’m familiar with the muscle imbalance theories prevalent on the forums, the fact is — the PC and BC muscles aren’t quite antagonistic to each other, and doing reverse kegels can often bring the PC into play as well as a stabilizer.

Q. Hi, what are your thoughts on how to add around 2 inches of girth…

… if that’s the main focus of mine. I’m at 5″ right now and there’s a goal of mine to get to 7″

Big Al: First, you focus on the girth movements and routine structure that works best for you- if you respond well to high intensity exercises, then the goal will be to increase intensity over time- if it’s high volume, then you might look into decreasing intensit up to a certain point so that you can amp up the volume.  MOST important is raising EQ.  Over the years I’ve found that getting/having a very high EQ is going to make the gaining process MUCH easier.

Q. I tried a stamina session tonight. I can say I was at 70-80% of my expected stamina….

… I will keep on stamina training a few times until I regain my full usuall stamina then resume my usual training.  I noted the date of my quit. I will keep writing (porn-free) every time I post in my log as mental support.

Big Al: Understand that the issue of remaining porn free is as much one of will as it is of habit.  Whenever you feel tempted, remember all of the progress you’ve made and make sure to do something positive to take your mind off of it.  You can even use a reward system, in which you treat yourself to something (non-porn or sexually related) for a successful week of being porn free.

Jonah Falcon to Join the ‘Members’ of the Penis Museum

Jonah FalconA few months ago, we reported on an upcoming documentary — The Final Member — the competition between an Icelandic man and an American who wanted to become the first human penis displayed in the Phallological Museum. Yes, you read that right – a penis museum.

Well, move over Pall Arason and Tom Mitchell (the American cowboy who was willing to donate his penis before he died *shudder*) and make room….

A LOT OF ROOM!

for Jonah Falcon!

*
The Icelandic Phallological Museum has offered Jonah Falcon a spot in their infamous penis museum. More interestingly, it sounds like Falcon is going to accept — after his death, of course.

Jonah Falcon, an actor and a writer, is known as having the world’s longest penis, ever measured in a documentary. Falcon’s penis first appeared in the HBO documentary, Private Dicks: Men Exposed. His 13.5-inch penis garnered even more fame when Rolling Stone did a feature article on him and his super-sized member, which was followed by the BBC documentary, The World’s Largest Penis.

In Jonah’s letter of donation to the museum he quips:

I appreciate your museum’s devotion to science,
and it would be an honor to have my manhood
put on display,
hopefully nestled between the sexual appendages of a sperm whale and a polar bear …
I hope I don’t make either of those creatures jealous.
May I suggest you call the exhibit, ‘Jonah and the Whale’.

Kegels and Stretches, Rice Sock Hanger Warm-Up & More: Ask the Experts

rice sockBig Al, of MaleEnhancementCoach.com, answers questions about reverse Kegels and stretches, rice sock hanger for warm-ups and more, in this Ask the Experts article.

If you have questions you’d like answered in an Ask the Experts article, please PM Kimberly at forum name – KMWylie – and she’ll have the experts here on PEGym get your questions answered.

Q. Yesterday,  I read something about not doing the reverse Kegel,…

… but when I’m doing the stretches I’m always holding the reverse kegel, so the PC muscle doesn’t stop the efficiency of the stretch.  What should I do?

Big Al: There are many trainees who are convinced that the BC muscle (worked during the reverse Kegel) is the antagonist to the PC muscle (worked in the standard Kegel) like the biceps is to the triceps.  It’s based on the precept that because you contract the PC with the same mechanism, you stop urination and you contract the BC with the mechanism that forces urination, these muscles are somehow diametrically opposed.  The problem with that idea is it’s wholly incorrect.

Here’s a diagram of the PC muscle:

PC muscle

and here’s a diagram of the BC muscle:

BC muscle
You can see from the positioning of these muscles, they are NOT antagonistic.  You can also see the BC muscle is NOT in a position to release the suspensory ligament from any stress. On the contrary, flexing the BC muscle CAN cause a counter to stretching due to its connection to the perineum!

EDITOR NOTE:  Check out “The Anatomy of the Pelvic Floor Muscles” for more information on these very important muscles!

Q. I want to try the rice sock hanger for my warm ups….

… Do I put my penis inside or fold the sock over my penis?

Big Al:  The sock should be loosely filled, so you can drape the CLOSED sock over your penis.  Do NOT insert your penis into an open sock filled with hot rice.

Q. I’ve just quit porn and have been doing the Stop and Start….

… I have noticed some improvements already, but when I fantasize, my stamina is not as great as it was when watching porn.

Big Al:  My own recommendations are not to “fantasize” but to “visualize”. When you visualize, you’re not engaging in sexual fantasies but you’re concentrating on the feel of the exercise itself- and you’re also focusing on projecting the type of emotional feel that you’ll want to have during a sexual encounter- which is complete confidence and being completely unfettered.  While this may be difficult at first, what it’ll do is to eventually allow you to completely absorb all stimuli when you have your next sexual encounter without any preconceived conditioning.

Q. I have overtrained with girth exercises…

… at an erection level of about 75% in the past. This makes me think the uli #3 would be too much; however, I’ve also succeeded at this erection level. If you could explain grip strength and sensations to go by, I would be more comfortable about it.

Big Al:  The grip strength and reps/time are where you can adjust to avoid overtraining.  ANY time you start a new exercise, you should err on the side of caution and train moderately.  Use a moderately light grip and a fairly low rep/time level for yor ULIs to begin with, and allow yourself a few sessions to reach a good baseline.

The exercise should feel like an exaggerated jelq — resistance to your movements and pressure felt within the glans.

*

NOTE: All women are different. To make matters more confusing, sometimes something that works for us one time may not work for us a second time. What can I say – we’re frustrating enigmas, especially in the bedroom. :-) Communication is key. Really listen to your partner, both to her verbal and non-verbal cues, and encourage her to share what she’s enjoying or not particularly enjoying.

  1. The Sphinx - Have your partner lie on her stomach, with one leg bent out to the side and the other straight . Enter her from behind, being sure to keep most of your weight on your arms. However, the pressure on her pelvis gives a deeper sensation.
  1. Doggy-Style – This is a great classic position, if you’re not quite where you want to be with penis length yet. Have your partner lower herself onto her forearms, which will shorten the vaginal canal and make it feel like your penetrating deeper.
  1. reverse cowgirl

    Reverse Cowgirl

Reverse Cowgirl - Lie on your back, while your partner straddles you, facing toward your feet. She can lean forward or backward to change the angle of penetration, as she likes. You can even try placing a pillow under your butt, to raise your pelvis.

  1. The Sexy Spoon - As the name implies, spoon your partner and enter her from behind. Both of you bend your knees curling almost into the fetal position. This shortens the vaginal canal. You can try a variation of this position, with your legs on the outside of hers, giving an even tighter feel.
  1. Missionary Variation - As with the classic missionary position, the man is on top. However, with this variation, perfect no matter what size you are, instead of you positioning yourself between your partner’s legs, position your legs so they’re outside of your partner’s. This not only gives a tighter and fuller feel, but can increase clitoral stimulation.
  1. splitting bamboo

    Splitting Bamboo

Splitting Bamboo - Have your partner lie on her back. While on your knees, straddle one of her legs and raise the other so her leg is on your shoulder. The higher you hold her leg, the deeper the penetration will feel.

  1. The Butterfly - Remember, the G-spot is only, at most, 3 inches inside the vaginal canal. For this reason, angle of penetration is super-important. With the Butterfly, have your partner lay on her back , with her butt off the edge of the bed. Standing between her legs, lift her hips to enter her. Have your partner rest her legs on your shoulders. This gives a great angle for G-spot stimulation.
