Penis hanging is definitely an advanced penis exercise. Let’s think about it — you’re attaching weight to one of the most sensitive part of your body, and letting gravity have at it. Obviously, there’s potential for injury, especially if your penis isn’t used to any stretching type exercise. However…
How dangerous is penis hanging really?
Penis hanging is safe, with a few caveats.
- Do manual penis exercises for several months prior to starting any penis hanging routine. Manual exercises will help get your penis used to stretching. In addition, you’ll start to understand the physiological indicators that can help keep you safe during penis hanging.
- Start small. It’s better to start with a small amount of weight, then to overdo it with heavy weights right off the bat. You wouldn’t walk into the gym for the first time and try to bench 300 pounds, would you?
- Take it slowly. Add small amounts of weight slowly, and ONLY if you haven’t been experiencing any negative physiological indicators. Again, as with the bench press example above, you wouldn’t go from 150 pounds one week to 250 pounds the next, would you?
- Rest periods between sets are critical. Add some light jelqing and stretching into your rest periods to replenish the blood into your penis, between hanging sets.
- Listen to your body. Always, always, ALWAYS listen to your body. You should never experience pain when doing any penis exercise, including penis hanging
