Step 1: The Warm Up:
Before starting ANY training, a thorough warm up is necessary! The warm up not only primes the body for optimal training, it also ensures you minimize the risk of injury. 2. Make short, mid-term, and long term goals. A good rule of thumb is to expect 1/4 of an inch each cycle of training (usually seven weeks)
